And when that thread went live, someone pointed out that another TeslaCoin had stole there idea the day before they were supposed to go live.

People were literally fighting over the TeslaCoin idea 12 years ago.
The problem was that the idea was way too early.
There was no tokenized $TSLA.
No way to pair TeslaCoin directly with Tesla stock.
No way for holders to earn Tesla stock from the coin.
Now there is.
TeslaCoin can finally be paired directly with tokenized $TSLA, and holders can earn Tesla stock through the fees generated by the coin.
We went back through the original posts, the old branding, the Bitcointalk history, and even secured the domain they wanted. markm asked about the .org and the .net the same night. This is teslacoins.net.
Not to pretend we created it.
The whole point is that we didn't.
Not another Tesla coin created in 2026.
A coin from 2014 finally getting the market it was waiting for.

They wanted TeslaCoin attached to Tesla things. Charge. Cars. Power. Stock is the clean version of that instinct: the coin finally sits next to Tesla value that can actually settle.
